Quality Control Department
The QC department reports directly to the General Manager and is independent from the production department. This is to ensure that the quality procedures are completely followed and every QC personnel in touch with the products are entirely accountable for quality.
Our 10 QC staff are all technically trained and they are capable of not only inspecting the quality but also take an active role in improvements to the production processes.
Raw Materials and Components
Raw materials and some components are sourced from reputable suppliers with strict independent inspection before being used for production.

Quality Procedures
We follow the ISO 9001: 2000 quality control procedures. In addition, we have internal quality guidelines that govern raw materials acquisition to final shipment packaging.
Our OE quality assurance team ensures all our customers quality standards are incorporated into the production processes.
The management strictly enforces the “zero defect” policy and will not tolerate any lapse in quality control procedure.
Total Quality Control
The quality control process begins during raw material acquisitions. This enables Aopec to ensure only quality Raw Materials are used in each and every production process and continues right through the manufacturing process. Thus giving the customer peace of mind that the delivered goods will be of the quality you would expect from a world class manufacturer.
The entire system of material inspection, process monitoring, product inspection, final inspection and process improvements by the QC and Engineering teams ensures the high quality of all our manufactured products. |
